WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
Call (478) 707-1770 to schedule an appointment. You will receive an email with New Patient paperwork and other forms related to your visit. If you do not have an email, you can fill the forms out at the office. You can then be seen virtually or in person, depending upon the service needed.
WILL YOU SEE ME IF I DON'T HAVE INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. Visits start at $60. We accept cash, cards, venmo, and paypal. Call (478) 770-1770 to schedule an appointment today.
IF I HAVE INSURANCE, CAN I SUBMIT A CLAIM ON MY OWN?
Yes, upon request, a superbill will be provided to the patient. You can use this superbill to request reimbursement through your insurance. We do not guarantee that insurance will cover the visit.
IF I BECOME A PATIENT, WILL YOU NOW BE MY PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER?
No, we expect patients to maintain a primary care provider outside of Sandersville Urgent Care.
